Oquirrh Mountain Temple Open House

A few weeks ago I was able to go to the open house of the new temple with my mom, Natalie and Madison. It was so gorgeous inside I really loved that the temple had a star theme throughout it. It was also such a good opportunity for Maddie she loved it the whole time her eyes were just wide and she was smiling so big. Was was sad though that Angel Moroni hurt his arm and was very concerned and worried for him it was so cute. I really was glad that I got the chance to go to the open house and can't wait until I am able to go through the temple someday. Thanks mom it was a lot of fun.

My Sister's Keeper

For about 5 months now my aunt has been telling me that I really need to read this book My Sister's Keeper. She started explaining the story line to me and it sounded way sad. Basically its about a young girl who has leukemia and no one in her family is a match to her so they can't be donors. So her parents decide to have another child who will become the donor. But when the younger sister grows up she decides to file for medical emancipation and files a lawsuit. So it follows everyone and shows their own sides of the story. Its a way good book and yes it is very sad. Natalie refuses to read it for that very reason. I really wanted to read it before the movie comes out. Thanks for the recommendation Aunt Rinnie I loved this book.

Where's the sun?

Well time for a semi-real post from me I guess. I love the rain pretty much everything about it. The moisture, the smell, the dark clouds, the lightning, the rainbows afterwards. Plus thanks to my school days I even know that the dark clouds are called cumulonimbus clouds. And given the choice I would take rain over snow any day.

With all that said I do like to see the sunshine as well. Which is why I am glad to hear that the rain should be stopping here soon. But I guess I really shouldn't be complaining too bad since its not technically even summer yet not until the 21st. And we really do need all the moisture we can get since we do after all live in the desert. But I still am way excited for summer to officially get here!

I'm just so excited for New Moon I can't wait!! I mean come on have you seen the new trailer?! It looks awesome! And tonight I was having some fun playing around with pictures of me and my new boyfriend Jacob or if you want to call him Taylor he goes by that name too.
