Rise and shout the cougars are out

YAY!!! Football season is here! We just have one minor problem we don't have the same opinion on which the best school in the state is hmmmm (it's BYU in case you are wondering).
I love Fall it means football, cute clothes, Halloween, leaves changing color. I just love it all.

Lagoon....it's what fun is

It only took us 2 years and several other amusement parks but we finally went to Lagoon....TWICE! And can I just say both times were a lot of fun!
The first time we went with David's mom, siblings and niece and nephews it was fun to meet up with them for a little while. Plus I learned we are related to Arastus Bingham.....WHAT yes it's true we are, awesome right?! The second time was for my work Lagoon Day and that was fun too. They shut the whole park down and opened it just for America First employees, sweet huh!?
Sorry there aren't more pictures I was having more fun riding rides then taking pictures, crazy I know especially for me. I love taking pictures.

If you believe then just stand upon your feet and shout it loud ReAL............

Friday night I went to my very first ReAL game. And I had so much fun!
My dad isn't a big fan of soccer so therefore I'm not either (since I don't have brothers I like the sports my dad likes). Anyway here are some pictures of our fun night out!!!

This is what happends when you ask the 10 year old sitting behind you to talke the picture haha

Cute little kids

I know I've said it before but it's true. I have the cutest nieces and nephews EVER!

We were able to go to my nephew Stockton's baseball game a few weeks ago. It was the funniest thing I've seen. Anytime someone would hit the ball all the boys would run to grab it. Stockton did so good and looked so big out there. It was a lot of fun.
Then we went to Madison's dance recital, we weren't able to make it to Laurie's and I was really bummed. I love dance recitals, they really make me miss dancing. Back to Madison though she did such a good job. She is turning out to be such a good little dancer.

A Fat Cat's kinda day

The hubby and I decided we wanted to go bowling the other day, so we went to Fat Cat's. They had a special going on where you could play one round of bowling, mini golf and do the arcade so of course we decided to do that. We wanted to have all the fun we could. It was a lot of fun I must admit though bowling in real life is way harder than bowling on the wii. I think I only got like 60 points...hey I did get a strike (not sure how but I did). Oh well this just means we need to go bowling more often...right?! Here are some pictures from our fun day!

Dare to Dream

The other night I went with my mom, sister and nieces and nephew to Disney on Ice. They had Princess and the Frog, Cinderella and Tangled. And at the end all the princesses came out of course Mickey and Minnie were there too. It was so cute the kids loved it. When Madie was little we used to take her all the time to Disney on Ice so it was fun to go again. Plus I thought it was a lot cuter than most of the ones we saw a few years ago.

Aren't they so cute!

All the princesses

Game night

I just need to say that I love playing games. David and I have lately been playing a lot of games. It's what we've been doing for FHE the past few weeks and just other nights as well instead of watching TV all the time. It's been a lot of fun, the only thing is we only have a few options to choose from cause there aren't a whole lot of games to play with just two people. I think we need to get together with some friends for a game night so we can have a bigger variety of games to play. Some of our favorite games to play are Scrabble, Sequence, Yahtzee and I just tought David how to play Chess. David is really smart though and thinks about things that I don't so some of the games there is no question who the winner is going to be. Hopefully we can get some more games to add to our collection. And if anyone has a favorite game or a good recommendation of something you like to play let us know.

An evening under the stars

David and I were able to go see a production of Hello Dolly the other night. Our Bishop's family owns Day Murray Music, and he is also on the Murray Arts Council. So he had some extra tickets and called us to see if we would be interested in using them (I guess that's a perk of being the 2nd Counselor). We of course said yes, we weren't doing anything that night. It was so fun and I'm so glad we were able to go. But now I have the little tune from the musical in my head (the one they play in Wall-E). At least it got the Les Miserables songs out of my head for a while : )

Why can't we just break out into song whenever we want, and not have people look at us like we are crazy?!

I wish we still dressed like this

I know you can't see it well, but I love her hat

Take me out to the ball game

We took our cute niece and nephew to a Bee's game a few nights ago. It was so much fun and they loved it.  David and I were a little unsure of how the kids would act, how long we would be able to stay or if they would even have a good time. But they proved us wrong they were excellent we were able to stay the whole time and they seemed to really enjoy it. David taught Madison a few things about baseball, like how to read how fast the ball was being thrown and how to tell how many points each team had. Stockton got a little bored during the 3rd inning but Angry Birds game to the rescue and kept him entertained until we went and got treats. Stockton did the cutest thing though, when we stood up for the national anthem we told him to put his hand over his heart, he wasn't really sure what that meant so he folded his arms we got a good laugh out of that (so did the people behind us). Well here are some pictures of our fun adventure, enjoy!
Are you crying? There's no crying in baseball!

Making funny faces

This was the exciting part of the game. The bases were loaded and there was someone up at bat. Unfortunately it didn't turn out to be very exciting.
