I Think His Tractor's Sexy...

The end of last month me and Natalie went to the Kenny Chesney concert. I had been wanting tickets but they were so expensive and I didn't want to pay that much. But I have only seen him in concert one other time and have been wanting to see him again because he really puts on a great show. So the whole month of July I had been trying to win tickets on the radio but sadly enough I had no luck with that. Then one quiet day while I was at work I get a text from my cousin Jessie asking if I was going to the concert. When I said no she asked if I would want to go they had gotten some discount tickets somehow and of course I said yes and asked if there was another extra ticket so Natalie could come along too. We were able to sit fairly close without having to pay an arm and a leg. Which was way nice.

The only complaint I would have about that day was that it was so hot I thought I was going to die of heat stroke. I was seriously sweating bullets it was nasty. But me and Natalie still managed to entertain ourselves until the concert started. And after everyone starting performing you couldn't even notice how hot it was. Well at least I couldn't.

I have become a huge fan of Lady Antebellum over the past few months I have their CD and it is so good. When I heard they were coming with Kenny it made me want to go even more. And they did a great job. Sugarland was supposed to be on the tour as well but the lead singer was having problems with her voice so they had to cancel. Which lucky for us Lady A was able to get more time on stage.

Miranda Lambert was with him on the tour as well. And she isn't my favorite she has a few good songs but nothing all that great. She did alright though it wasn't terrible. I wish though that she would have been the opener instead of Lady A but oh well what can you do.

Kenny's fun backdrop you can't see it very well on here but it says "Sun City Carnival Tour" When the Sun Goes Down

He puts on such a great show it was so good. The thing that I really loved about it was that it was just such high energy the entire time. And he mostly did just fast songs which was amazing to me cause I would have been so exhausted but he is like the energizer bunny or something. Its crazy!

During the show at some point someone had thrown a UofU hat up on the stage (I think I would have enjoyed it a little more if it was a BYU hat but oh well). When he came back on for the encore he had it on which was awesome. He did a really good encore as well lots of cover songs which were tons of fun to sing along with. We have some videos that I will have to up load another time. But I am so glad that I was able to go and that Natalie came with me I had tons of fun.
